So I've gotten to NG+ and I'm trying to do all the questlines. I'm having trouble with Lucatiel in black gulch since she isn't there. I spoke to her at earthen peak, summoned her and had her survive the battle with smelter demon and had her survive the battle with the flexile sentry.

Black Gulch. Once you've passed through the fog door, head left to find a bonfire. Head to Majula to level up, and upgrade at Mcduff.
